Artichoke Crab Dip

Serves 8

††††††††† 1††† cup††††††† mayonnaise

††††††††† 1††† cup††††††† parmesan cheese

††††††††† 1††† jar†††††††† artichoke hearts, 6 1/2 ounces

††††††††† 1††† can††††††† crab, Dungeness or 6 oz imitation crab meat

††††††††† 3††† cloves††† garlic


Strain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients together and put into a small oven-safe dish (like Corning Ware). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or veggies.


This can easily be reheated the next day, although usually it is eaten so quickly that there are rarely leftovers. It is one of our favorites because not only is it good, it is incredibly simple to make. Try it with our Rosť, Gerty del Sol, or Riesling.
