PMS Paul’s Mocha Stuff
The funds raised from our PMS wine, which accounts for a significant portion of our sales, are making a substantial impact on the lives of many women. We’ve gone from supporting dozens to hundreds to thousands of women in need. The exact number as of the end of July 2026 is 2,099 Freedom Kits distributed both locally and in Uganda.
Each bottle we sell directly funds the material costs of four Freedom Kits, which are washable, reusable menstrual supplies for women in need. This means that every purchase you make contributes to our primary goal of ensuring women don’t miss school due to period poverty.
Over the years, we have had a number of projects to help people get educated, where a small amount of money could remove a barrier to education.
Our sister Susan ran a project for years, making it possible for impoverished children in Nicaragua to go to school. Over the years, she enabled about 3,500 years of education. Paradisos and our customers were major contributors to One Starfish.
We are deeply grateful for your past support. Together, we have also helped the Cat Café in Zillah and the Yakima Valley Humane Society. Your contributions have made a significant difference in the lives of many.
While our focus on giving may change every couple of years, one thing remains: the need for your support. The Nicaraguan government may have stepped up, and the Cat Café in Zillah may have closed, but our ongoing support for the Yakima Valley Humane Society and our primary focus on funding Freedom Kits via our PMS wine since June 2023, all rely on your continued involvement.
