2026 BCHW 25th Annual Winery Ride and Halloween Costume Contest, October 31st.
The Back Country Horsemen of Washington State is holding its annual ride in the Rattlesnake Hills. Approximately 500+ horses and their riders will tootle around the neighborhood that Saturday.
If you love horses, that is the Saturday to visit. Some of the riders and the horses will be dressed up for Halloween. It is a great show!
If horses or crowds aren’t your thing, it would be best to avoid Saturday and come on Friday or Sunday instead. Your choice!
Weather permitting, we will have an eighty-foot horseshoe bar out in our yard. Pray for sunshine!
Another treat on that day is that Lupe and her family will be serving her famous tamales and tacos—the best tamales in the Valley! The tacos are also pretty damn good.
