This is not a recipe, it’s a concept
- Dried shiitake mushrooms
- Bottle of Rosé Paradiso
- Grape seed oil (for sautéing)
- Sweet onion (like Walla Walla, we use Zillah Zillah that we grow here)
- No-salt seasoning (we use Kirkland from Costco)
- Olive oil
Rehydrate the shiitake mushrooms in the Rosé for at least 24 hours.
Sauté in pan with sweet onion using the grape seed oil.
Add the herbs and spices during the last minute.
Run through food processor adding olive oil for consistency.
Salt to taste.
Goes great with our Rosé Paradiso!
