- 220 grams Adam’s crunchy peanut butter
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 2 ml hot chili oil
- 80 ml peanut oil
- 20 grams ginger powder
- 15 grams mustard powder
Mix thoroughly, wait 5 minutes. Taste, adjust as desired.
This is a great stir-fry sauce. We love it with our Sève.
