Paul’s Peanut Sauce

  • 220 grams Adam’s crunchy peanut butter
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 2 ml hot chili oil
  • 80 ml peanut oil
  • 20 grams ginger powder
  • 15 grams mustard powder

Mix thoroughly, wait 5 minutes. Taste, adjust as desired.

This is a great stir-fry sauce. We love it with our Sève.
