Rosé is not revolutionary at Paradisos del Sol Winery and Organic Vineyard. Our first wine production was a Rosé.
Since our beginning in 2000, we have created dry, barrel-fermented, barrel-aged Rosés, a very traditional style for centuries.
We are slooow producers, no wines less than two years old.
We will present our 2020 vintage from grapes grown with Zero Pesticides. There will be a plate—we always have a plate. The bite for the Rosé Paradiso will be our acclaimed Mushroom Pâté, which is vegan.
