We took stock of our inventory and need to encourage more Sève out the door so we can bring on the next vintage. We don’t have many options to do that. Give it away? Barbara is in favor of that, but unfortunately it is not legal. So we are now selling it for the same price as B’s Blend and Sangiovese: $16 retail per bottle and $8 when buying it as part of or all of a case. Hope this makes you Sève lovers out there happy! And for anyone who hasn’t tried it yet, it is a fabulous wine with Thai food; we serve it with Paul’s famous peanut sauce in the tasting room. This wine will be tasting good for at least another year. All of our wines age very well. Sometimes we are very surprised when Paul pulls something out of the “library” and expects it to be not so special, and it still tastes great. The current vintage is 2016, although the picture shows 2015.
