This is the first year for this brand-new event. You all know that we have food every day, albeit in tiny quantities. Over this special weekend, nine of our area’s wineries (including us) will have more substantial food offerings to go with three of their wines.

For this Taste Rattlesnake Hills event, we are expanding our micro meal with new, larger bites with three of our wines for ticket holders. The bites will represent Indigenous American, Immigrant Thailand, and Immigrant European, over three continents. The three wines will include six varieties grown in over 30 countries.

Our Offerings for this Weekend

• Salad greens straight from our garden with Bleu Cheese Dressing served with our Cabernet Sauvignon.

• Fresh Spring Rolls and peanut dipping sauce from Papanana Thai Kitchen in Toppenish with our Sève

• Ceviche from La Placita in Zillah on a freshly made tortilla with our B’s Blend
