Organic Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting (every day at 9a except for Saturday, which is by appointment)
Visit four vineyards with our master winegrower, Paul Vandenberg, owner of Paradisos del Sol Winery, including our own organic vineyard. We will discuss management strategies, including zero use of pesticides. We will end with a wine tasting, including our small plate of tasting bites.
