We have decided to follow some of our neighbor wineries and close for a month or so over the winter. Our last day open will be Christmas Eve (for those last-minute presents), and we will reopen before Red Wine and Chocolate in February (Presidents’ Day Weekend). It is unprecedented for us; we are usually only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. We plan on taking a honeymoon! Just 25 or so years late. We have a couple of ideas: traveling down the West Coast and visiting friends and family. Perhaps veering east to explore the Grand Canyon area. Haven’t really figured it out yet; we are still in the planning stages. We will have two delivery dates to the Seattle area before our time when we are closed, on November 16 and December 9. So, stock up now!
