That’s a culinary question, not a confrontation! Our beef is now ready to go from the butcher’s freezer. Three animals feeding 16 families. Due to a customer moving, we have a share available, approximately 100 lbs, organic pasture-fed, for $600. 1/6 of the animal, all cuts.
Want to try a bit before you become a customer/consumer for next year? We can bring you something with a wine order. Feel free to ask. We have the capacity to put over 60 shares into freezers, and it doesn’t require a giant freezer. If I emptied my standard-size refrigerator freezer, I could easily fit a share and still have room for ice cubes and ice cream.
One share in my freezer is on a shelf 18x18x28, with room for frozen pizza and bagels (both gluten-free for Barbara). I’m sure I could fit a couple of half-gallons of ice cream in there, too.
And the wine to go with all of this delicious beef? Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon, of course!
